The Maya Romanoff 40th Anniversary Collection offers three archival patterns interpreted in a modern colour pallette of six colours. The patterns are 'reimagined" by designer Amy Lau in which paper is hand-dyed and contemporized by lustrous, water based coatings.

Crystal: Stays true to the original in it's complex rendition of being inside a crystal. The pattern has movement and light yet can also appear muted but never static

Half Plaid: is horizontally pleated, though it is less linear than the original more strict accordion style. The pattern was softened through altering techniques by experimentation and the result is more play on the direction of the pattern

Snowflake: is a large scale pattern that resembles a star. Made with two complementary colours, it resembles a large star or stained glass.
